Excellent Chipotle, when not crowded. Always give an extra 15 minutes when calling in an order. Staff is friendly and it is kept clean.

I had the worst experience at this location last night. They server very little food, made a mistake on me and another customer by serving the wrong food. I've been to many other Chipotles and never had an issue except at this location. Honestly, they should hire more experienced people that actually care about their jobs and not high school students.

Super clean even though they were very busy. The service was great and they were very quick with bowl after bowl. I too had a steak burrito bowl and it was delish!

Only 1 star because they are so inconsistent. I'm here 2-3 times a week and usually get the same thing. Bowl with extra chicken and little brown rice and add guac. Guy today threw half a spoon of chicken, so I mentioned it, tells me that's all he's allowed to do. Ok, bs but ok. I ask the Girl doing cheese etc and ask for another scoop and its less than the dude. And then she shorts the guac with a attitude. Last time I was full on a regular scoop of chicken with the normal guac. Chicken was overdone last time though and good this time. Please find a way to make it consistent. That spoon is bs. Use a measuring cup then so we get what we pay for and you do t lose by giving too much. Is it that difficult to comprehend ???? I'd rather go next door to Panera where the food is meh but always the same meh ...

This place is horrible. I tried the new tofu and it tasted like meat with cheap taco seasoning. The worst part of the entire thing was the girl who made my tacos didn't drain any liquid and slopped everything on top. I don't know how long she's worked there but you can't have a tacos with all liquid on the bottom or they break. Duh. I tried picking up a soft taco and it broke apart. I then tried the hard taco and got one bite in and the entire thing split apart because the liquid had soaked through. I basically wasted 7 dollars because I just threw everything away. I'll try chipotle again but never this location.

Needed more staff! Chicken ran out, had a wait time of 5-7 minutes. Food was warm, not hott. Waited about 1-2 minute to get a cashier to the station. Guacamole had big hard chunks and tasted bitter. And music was loud and over powering. Overall this chipotle is slowly declining. Unimpressed compared to others..

Awesome Chipotle location on Federal Hwy, Right next to Panera Bread! Very Cheap and healthy option. I love the Burrito Bowl, and the Tacos are ok too. This location is sparkling clean and looks very cute, only down side is that they are a lil slow, but i am sure its a matter of time till they get it going. The website is very friendly and you can easily order online and pick up.

Unfortunately this store has slower service than other Chipotles I've been to. Waited at the front then waited even longer as I watched an employee prepare his meal. Get it together!!

Out of over 20 chipotle locations I have been to in my life this is the WORST ONE!!! I live directly behind it, so it's very convenient for me to go here, I have been here under 6 times and every single time my order gets messed up. I rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to get my chipotle fix then go to this one. Just extremely disappointing!

Worst Chipotle ever! Poor service, Inconsistent and dirty! I will gladly drive 20 minutes south to the other Chipotle. Even though it's out of the way and we eat there 3 times a week.

Service slow. Lettuce wilted. Salsa was not fresh. Location is great.

I ordered online, and it wasn't ready (really through no fault of their own because the online ordering only let me pick a time one hour from the current time). BUT when I got there, not a person was in line so I asked if I could just get it made on the front line. Without answering me, the worker proceeded to make my order on the to go line so I guess the answer was no. I ordered a chicken salad. What I got was a few leaves of lettuce three, THREE scoops of rice (if I wanted a rice bowel I would've ordered that), and about half a scoop of stale chicken. No fajita veggies, too much of everything else. I usually love Chipotle but this is one to stay away from I guess. When I called to inform the manager they got my order wrong, all I could get was an apology and the standard, "If you want to come back right now, we can make you another one." The reason they deserve a one star isn't because of the food, which is decent, but the lack of the manager to want to make their customer happy enough to want to come back. I would rather go to Taco Bell.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
